MyTravelPackingList is a free tool with no account or sign-up. We do not collect your name or email address, and your packing lists never leave your device.

What stays in your browser

Your generated lists, edits, and checked-off progress are stored only in your browser's localStorage on your device. This information is cleared when you clear your browser data or use Start Over. PDFs are generated locally in your browser, and nothing is uploaded to a server. If you re-upload a previously downloaded PDF to continue editing, the file is read locally in your browser and is never sent to a server.

Share links

Share links encode only trip details in the URL: traveler counts, duration, destination type, weather, laundry availability, and packing style. Anyone with the link can use those details to regenerate the standard list.

Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage, such as pages visited and features used. This involves cookies and device identifiers processed by Google. You can read Google's Privacy Policy or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use advertising or sell personal data.

Children

The site is intended for adults planning family trips and is not directed at children. We knowingly collect no personal information from anyone.
